The Phylactery is a utility structure that will save the player from a combat death by calculating if the upcoming blow will result in the player's death and, if it will, teleport the player back to the phylactery instead.
Rescuing the player from death requires a dragon's egg. The lore reason for this is that the baby dragon's soul is offered up to the gods instead of the necromancer's.
