The Spectral Shroud is identical to a Troll Hide Cape in most ways (eg. defensive values) except that it looks cool, billows black smoke, and it raises your Necromancy Level by 10 and raises your carrying capacity by 25.
Every 30 seconds, if enemies are nearby, a Guardian Wraith will spawn to defend you. But only if your Necromancy level is high enough. Otherwise you will be punished for your hubris. Noobs beware!
