standardize naming on css includes in custom-theme #273

you use 2 naming styles:
jquery-ui-1.10.3.custom.css
jquery-ui-1.10.3.theme.css
jquery.ui.1.10.3.ie.css
it would be great to consolidate on 1. I keep thinking I made a typo but didn't.
