contribute.jquery.org: Handle multi-owner jquery-license update #390
Description
jquery-license was recently updated to support multiple owners in jquery/jquery-license@d1de239. This update changed the path to the results, which https://github.com/jquery/jquery-wp-content/blob/master/themes/contribute.jquery.org/cla-check.php depends on. This needs to now handle the owner, but it should also detect if an owner was provided in order to not break all previous results.
