This exposes some of the Quartz Debug functionality to the command line

Newer versions of macOS check for the com.apple.private.CoreGraphics.debugging entitlement
and will refuse to do anything in this case.

Attaching to Quartz Debug with SIP disabled and calling the functions manually is an alternative.
