Fix interactive SVG output dropping a filled path's interior whenever the path also had an outline. fill_between(..., edgecolor=..., linewidth=...) now preserves its fill color and opacity while drawing the requested stroke, matching PNG output. Adds regression coverage for fill_between() and fill_betweenx().
