- Spotify Web Page Content: The extension reads visible text (such as lyrics, song titles, and podcast transcripts) on
open.spotify.com
to provide translations, word highlights, and language learning features. This data is processed locally on your device and is never shared externally. - User Preferences and Learning Progress: The extension may store your preferred language, difficulty level, or recent progress using Chrome’s
storage
API. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to external servers.
- To display translations, learning prompts, and highlights directly on Spotify.
- To remember your settings and learning progress between sessions.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

: Allows the extension to interact with the currently open Spotify tab so language learning features can be applied.host_permissions

All processing happens locally within your browser. No external servers are used to handle or store personal data.
