On a recent project I needed the ability for the parallax to happen on the scroll of an element besides body. I forked the project and added an extra option to specify the container element that has the scroll event.
If this needs cleaned up more or if you have suggestions on how we can improve it/make it more flexible I'm totally open to making changes.
