- Fix extension ID in tests (jsonstructure.json-structure instead of json-structure.json-structure)
- Make type completions test more resilient to VS Code test environment variations
- Restructure publish-vscode.yml workflow:
  - Add workflow_run trigger to run after TypeScript SDK workflow completes
  - Split into build-and-test job and publish job
  - Only publish on vscode-v* tags
  - Test TypeScript SDK before running VS Code extension tests
