Cell Mechanics Simulator Program Manual

Getting Started

To run the program, double-click the launcher .jar file in the explorer. Make sure you have at least Java 8 installed to be able to run the program.

Preset simulations can be loaded from the simulation, to load go to File->Load Preset

Images can be exported from the simulation. To take a picture go to "File" -> "Export Image". An explorer/finder window will pop up, and you can export an image to that file location.

Batch Files

Create a batch file following this template. Then, when loading your simulation, go to the BatchManager component under physics settings (see Adding or Modifying Behaviors) and load the file. Make sure to select "use batch testing" to use the file!
