While reading the README.md file to understand the repository, I found a few minor grammatical mistakes and possible improvements. These small changes improve the grammar and choice of words to further enhance the readability.

Hi @kaaanishk, and thanks for suggesting these changes. Although most of the changes seem to reflect grammatical preferences (e.g., preferring "you are" to "you're") rather than fixes, I think on the whole this PR does improve the readability and I appreciate it. Merging!
