Added

  • Decision remove command: Added jumbo decision remove --id <id> with text and structured output to irreversibly mark a decision removed and prune its incoming and outgoing relations, including deactivated relations, while preserving event history.
  • Decision removal backend: Added irreversible event-sourced removal with relation pruning and replay-safe projections. Removed decisions retain historical query access but disappear from global search and cannot be updated, reversed, superseded, or restored.
