Streaming example help

Hi, I'm having issues getting the streaming example working with the traceback complaint about timestamp in the stream ('NoneType' object is not iterable). I have a working dump1090-mutability beast server working on a RPi5 and flightjar running on a Synology NAS. I've also tested the CLI commands below which both produce clean data:

modes live --network adsbds.local:30005
modes live --network adsbds.local:30005 --tui

Can someone help with the code below to get me started:
