Reproduce

1. install jupyterlab desktop
2. dnf install zettlr
3. above error happens

Expected behavior

These files should not be included in the RPM.

Context

, i believe all other relevant information is provided in the log above

• Operating System and version: Fedora 37
• JupyterLab-Desktop version:jupyterlab-desktop-3.5.1_1-1.x86_64
• Installer: rpm

I do not have any info to provide for the other fields, i believe the log is descriptive enough.

@erentar I tested with latest version of JupyterLab Desktop and zettlr and issue seems to be resolved. could you try again?
