• Fixed empty-vault rebuild state so first-run empty state appears after indexing completes.
• Fixed batch tag remove/replace synchronization for inline body tags.
• Added bounded concurrency for batch writes and queued duplicate index refresh events.
• Added release verification, expanded tests, and updated ob-dev QA docs/screenshots.
• Added AGENTS.md with implementation, Obsidian lint, commit, tag, and release requirements.
