Instruct your preferred agent:

download https://kan-linux.org/patches/install-prebuilts.sh to /opt/skills/install-devtoolchain.sh

then execute sudo /opt/skills/install-prebuilts.sh to install Go / Rust / Vulkan SDK / MiMo-Code.
