I have added new functions in order to have
morderandmpermuteapplied to big.matrix columns (morderColsandmpermuteCols). I also updated some nested if/else statements to use a more conciseswitchsyntax that is more extensible if we ever need to add more classes/types. We can decide if we want to change the functions names. This should close #23.
