先把方向聊清楚，再让 Agent 动手。认可主动探索和积极执行；讨论开关供用户有疑问、想先商量时使用。目标清楚后，Agent 自主推进，不必每一步等批准。减少误做和返工有机会节约 token，不承诺固定降幅。

安装

仅声明兼容 DSH 0.2.1-rc.5。桌面版打开 插件 → 添加插件 → 安装第三方插件：

新会话选择 先聊后做 / Chat First。默认讨论；点“开始执行”后发送任务；停止当前一轮后可点“继续讨论”。按钮不自动发送任务。安装不会替换默认预设或转换旧会话。

当前边界

这是 0.0.1-alpha.1，非稳定版。一台 Windows PC 与一台 M5 MacBook Air 已通过最小验收（真实工具调用、讨论/执行切换、完整退出重开后的状态及工具恢复）。Mac 已安装包的全部 24 个发行文件与官方包一致，但验收时未重放首次安装过程。双端通过后仍保持 alpha；Linux、其他宿主版本和长期稳定性未验证。详见主分支 VALIDATION.md；下载包和标签保留发布时快照。

主要按钮和状态标签中英双语；部分错误与模型指令仍为中文。工具开关由代码控制，回答习惯由指令引导，不保证所有模型判断正确。切换讨论不会撤销既有操作或停止独立后台作业；宿主权限仍适用。

Agree on the direction before your agent gets to work. Fewer wrong turns, less rework. The switch preserves initiative: discuss when you have doubts, then let the agent act independently on a clear goal. Token savings are possible through less rework, not guaranteed.

Compatibility: DSH 0.2.1-rc.5 only. In Desktop, open Plugins → Add plugin → Install third-party plugin. Use the GitHub source above, or the exact npm source once that version is available. ZIP, tarball and SHA256 assets are attached.

Create a Chat First conversation. Discuss, click Start working, then send the task. Stop the current turn before Discuss again. The button does not send tasks. Default presets and old conversations are not converted.

Early alpha, not stable. Minimum acceptance passed on one Windows PC and one M5 MacBook Air, including actual tool calls, switching, full quit/relaunch persistence and a fresh read afterward. All 24 installed Mac distribution files matched the official package; the original installation steps were not replayed during acceptance. The version remains alpha. Linux, other host versions and long-term stability remain unverified. See main-branch VALIDATION.en.md; downloadable artifacts and the tag retain their publication-time snapshot.

Main controls are bilingual; some errors and model instructions remain Chinese. Code gates tools; prompts guide responses without guaranteeing correct judgments. Switching does not undo work or stop independent background jobs. Host permissions still apply.

MIT licensed. No extra model, GPU, API key or telemetry service is added.
