A status widget for your intranet or wiki.
What's new
- Status widget. A small box to paste into an intranet, a wiki or a support portal. It repeats the banner of your page: everything works, the most serious open incident, a maintenance under way or announced, with a link to the page, and it refreshes itself every minute without any script. Settings › Widget shows it in light, dark or following the device, and gives the address and the HTML code to paste.
- A private link. The address of the widget carries a private link, so a page for members only can show its state on the intranet too. The widget then shows what any member sees, never a service restricted to a group, and Change the link stops an old one at once.
- Larger icons and logos, up to 1 MB instead of 256 KB.
- On the Services page, the state menu of a service is as wide as its longest state, no wider.
- On Windows, uninstalling waits up to 30 seconds for Windows to remove the service, so an install right after it usually finds none.
Upgrade
Next to your docker-compose.yml:
docker compose pull && docker compose up -dWithout Docker, run the install command for Linux or Windows Server again: it updates Statup and keeps its settings. Nothing else to change: no setting is added and the database stays as it is. Behind nginx, let a 1 MB logo through with client_max_body_size, as the reverse proxy page shows. Every change is listed in the changelog.
Which file?
Most installs need none of the files below: Docker pulls the image, and the install commands download the right archive themselves. The archives are for a server without access to GitHub (Linux, Windows Server).
