Tracks upstream 0.13.3 and adds Host-owned live voice for external Harnesses in Codex Desktop. Grok and other Harness Threads can use the native voice button when a realtime gateway is configured.

After installing on macOS, if codexhost shows "Apple cannot verify this app" when you open it for the first time, run the following command in Terminal and reopen codexhost:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/codexhost.app
