server-v3.1 - Small change to Riptide

Changes regarding the server:

• Modified RiptideKMP to not broadcast other clients connecting to the server.
• Added ShowDamage gamerule
  Client changes:
• Added crosshair editor
• Added multiple commands (show, crosshair, say, bind)
• Added autoexec (you need to create it in the KarlsonMP directory as autoexec.txt)
• Modified Milk rotation so it's no longer linked to your fps
