Make set of columns shown in list of records configurable

A/C:

• It is possible to configure columns to show in the list of records
• The default set of columns is taken from the state before implementation
• Additional columns are included, such as a column for the author mentioned here, and the UI provides a way to filter according newly introduced columns (such as author)
• Column configuration is persisted in browser storage
