Version 1.0.3

Changed github version to not depend on CCD2MD being a package - installation is recommended via pip

Bug fixes:

  • at2cg/at2mem/ccd2at/ccd2cg now work with protein only systems
  • Fixed issue where membrane composition was overwritten
  • Fixed issue where deformation information was overwritten if -bd_args passed to MemPrO via -mp (NOTE: Membrane information should be passed to Insane4MemPrO via -mem flag, but the ability to pass arguments via the -bd_args argument of MemPrO has been retained for back-compatibilty)
