Many hands keep the catalog right — anyone signed in can now suggest fixes and missing photos on any page and propose a missing maker, brand, or keycap profile, while moderators review every change with a full history and one-click undo. The new Leaderboard celebrates the collectors who add the most.

✨ What's New

  • Edit for everyone: signed-in collectors can fix or fill in details on any published page with the same Edit button editors use, including a keyset's colors, and records without a picture show Add Photo. Moderators review suggestions in the new Edits tab, with a sidebar badge counting what waits for them, see what changed since each one was sent, and can apply all or only some of the changes.
  • Propose a new maker, brand, or profile: when a submission form doesn't list the one you need, propose it right there with your sculpt, keyboard, or keyset, and it joins the catalog once approved.
  • Change history: staff can see every change to a page or a single item, who made it, and what it looked like before, then undo it or restore an earlier version. The new Recent Changes page shows what changed across every page they manage.
  • Leaderboard: the new Leaderboard ranks the collectors who add the most, all time or this month, with points for approved submissions and accepted edits. The home page shows this month's top three, and you can hide yourself from the board in your account settings.
  • A colorway card to share: tapping a colorway opens a clean card in your site theme with its photo, name, and the maker's logo, ready to copy or download. Keebdex Detailed adds the release, price, and quantity, and the Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokémon cards are still there.
  • Stem types for colorways: colorways can list their stem types, such as MX, Alps, or Topre, so you can tell at a glance whether a cap fits your board.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Community submissions stay off catalog pages, counts, and search until a moderator approves them, and keysets added by staff no longer go missing from profile and Group Buy lists.
  • On computers, pages no longer run past the right edge of the window and cut off toolbars and the last column of grids.
  • Link previews on Discord and other sites show the Keebdex font again, instead of a plain fallback font.
  • Keyset covers and kit pictures hosted on a vendor's image service show again, instead of a blank space.
  • The Unread filter on the notifications page now finds older unread notifications too, even when newer ones are read.
  • A listing in the Trading Hub opens in a wide panel again on computers, instead of a narrow strip that squeezed its caps together.
  • Profile pictures from Google accounts show again on pages with many collectors, such as shoutouts, instead of a placeholder.

🚀 Improvements

  • Images in submissions: forms preview the current image with Replace and Remove buttons and flag low-resolution photos, so moderators can spot them quickly.
  • Combined quick replies: moderators can pick several quick replies at once when rejecting a submission or resolving feedback.
  • Renames that move the page: a renamed sculpt, keyset, or keyboard gets an address that matches its new name, and its colorways, kits, releases, and history come along.
  • A livelier home page: the welcome leads straight to Start Collecting and Search Keebdex and fits better on phones, and Happening Now shows how many days each live group buy has left.
  • Group buys that keep up: Live group buys follow their dates, so a set appears and leaves on time without anyone updating it.
  • Order graphs that last: order graphs and order history charts are now stored on Keebdex, so they keep showing after the original image host removes them.
  • Account menu on phones: the account menu shows your role on phones, and the Sign In button keeps its label instead of showing only an icon.

⚠️ Breaking Changes

  • The Ended tab of Group Buys is gone and its links open Live; finished group buys are still listed on each profile's page.
  • Renaming a sculpt, keyset, or keyboard changes its address, so old bookmarks or shared links to it no longer open the page.
