Download Folder Changer

Download Folder Changer is a simple Windows application that allows users to set or reset the default download folder for their system. The program modifies registry settings to change the default folder used by Windows to save.

Installation

1. Download the latest release from the Releases section.

3. Run the DownloadFolderChanger.exe file.

Usage

1. Select Folder: Choose a folder to set as the default download location.
2. Apply: Set the selected folder as the default download folder.
3. Reset: Revert to the original system default download folder.

Requirements

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• .NET Framework 4.7.2 or higher (included by default on most Windows systems)

Important Notes

• Administrator Privileges: To modify the registry, the application might need to be run as Administrator. If you encounter permission errors, try running it with elevated privileges.
