In order to avoid measuring of 301 redirect performance

Without this change if mod_rewrite is enabled - performance is ridiculously high:)

@nazar-pc Thank you for your PR.
But unfortunately, my CentOS has no a2query command.
I added the code to remove .htaccess instead: 76b343c
