This is an attempt to preserve the explanation of the migration from Keptn v1 to KLT from Andi's Pakistan presentation. It still needs a lot of work. I am thinking that a lot of this information should go into the Intro to KLT and that we should also add an Intro to Keptn v1 that also compares that to KLT. Then we can make this section in the Migration Guide more concise and reference the other documents.
This addresses #1502 but may also be relevant for #1467
