[Feedback]: Usability on small screens

Feedback Description:

When viewed on an iPhone the left hand menu is fully expanded which means that the main table is in a tiny bit of the window to the right. In addition the table is very narrow and needs to be scrolled.

@MarceloRobert let's start planning for this. First we need an evaluation of what we need to change and then break it down in several tasks (eg move sidebar to dropdown menu on small screen, make tree list paging responsive, make tree details page responsive, etc.). Then we can tackle one or two tasks per week.
