Add script to simplify GNS3 marketplace updates

Description

For Infix 25.06 release we missed updating the GNS3 marketplace because the only person who knew how to do it was on vacation.

Suggestion:

• Add to checklist for releases
• Add a util/bump-gns3.sh helper script (or similar)
