BlueCity is an open-ended city management game built with BlueEngine.

Download bluecity-setup-windows-x64.exe and run it to install on Windows x64.

Controls: WASD/arrows pan, click tools and map tiles to build, K save, L load, M sound, N music, R restart, Escape pause. Roads and zones use two clicks.

Windows game tests, executable resources, isolated package launch, and installer install/upgrade/uninstall checks passed. Physical devices have not been reviewed.
