BlueCity is an open-ended city management game built with BlueEngine.
Download bluecity-setup-windows-x64.exe and run it to install on Windows x64.
Controls: WASD pan (arrows can be assigned in Settings), click tools and map tiles to build, K save, L load, Escape Mayor menu, Space pause, F11 fullscreen; all shortcuts are rebindable in Settings. Roads and zones use the selected geometry.
Windows game tests, executable resources, isolated package launch, and installer install/upgrade/uninstall checks passed. Physical devices have not been reviewed.
The 15,000-building performance release budget uses a mean and p99 below 4 ms; the strict maximum is reported separately and is not a release guarantee. This Windows run measured mean 2057 us, p99 3298 us and maximum 3932 us. Strict maximum target met: True.
