Fix parser cutting blocks at input box separator lines

The parser was using ─── separator lines as the end boundary for block
extraction, but Claude Code output can contain ─── lines between blocks
(e.g. around diff displays). Now the parser collects all blocks between
user prompts without stopping at separator lines.
