Design System v1.0 added to the UX Design Lab (Task 22).

  • ds.html — living registry: canonical --ds-* tokens (both themes), 17 components (DS-C-xx), 6 page archetypes (DS-A-xx), DS.TONE status-to-color map, 7 governance rules, live mismatch register
  • ds.css / ds.js — the only component vocabulary pages may compose from; 1:1 egui mapping for R1-R4
  • mismatch-register.md — DS-0 audit: 8 Class-A unifications, 3 Class-B rationalizations, 2 Class-C keeps, with page/file evidence
  • Lab entry point: 'Design System v1.0' in the header; 23-page replicas untouched

Scope contract unchanged: presentation only, no Rust/schema/sync/feature changes.
