Test discovery (QA pane — all frameworks)

• Node/Python tests not found: filepath.Glob in Go does not support ** — it silently matched nothing for patterns like src/**/*.test.ts. All ** glob patterns replaced with filepath.WalkDir so tests nested in any subdirectory are found.
• Go: one entry per file instead of per package: the QA pane was showing one row per _test.go file, each running the identical package command. Now deduplicates by package — one entry per unique package.
• Python: unittest branch ran pytest anyway: when no pytest config was detected the framework was set to unittest but the run command was still python -m pytest. Fixed to python -m unittest -v <module>.
• Gherkin: make test-features false-positive: strings.Contains(makefile, "test-features") matched test-features-sync and test-features-scaffold, causing make test-features to be called on projects that don't define that target. Fixed to check for test-features: (an actual Make target definition).

Panic fix

• id[:8] panic in launcher view: pinned session IDs shorter than 8 characters caused a slice bounds panic in the L launcher overlay. Added the same length guard already used in the superpower launch overlay.
