• Helper process containment validation: verified executable paths reside strictly within the parent app bundle's Contents directory using resolved, standardized file URLs.
• Auto-quit PID recovery: resolved running process IDs from executable paths when LaunchServices reports invalid or non-positive PIDs, ensuring unparented or recovered apps are tracked and idled out reliably.

1. Download QuitX-v1.1.4.dmg (or .zip) from Assets below.
2. Open the disk image and drag QuitX to your /Applications folder. The zip contains the same app if you prefer archives.
