Suggest corrections for mistyped commands and declared tasks before
attempting package or tool-manager fallbacks. Exact local matches still
win, and suggestions are never executed automatically. Suggest --version
for a bare version token when no local task matches (#163).

Keep task stdout undecorated in GitHub Actions, including parallel tasks,
so pipes and command substitutions work without -q. Stream stderr live
and replay failures at invocation end: one failure is plain, multiple
failures get separate groups. Configure failure and successful-task replay
with [output.replay]; successful tasks are not replayed by default.
Actions always streams live, regardless of [output.parallel] buffer.
Preserve replay text while suspending workflow-command processing so
annotations and other side effects do not execute twice (#168).
Remove [output] groups = false overrides that were only needed to keep
Actions pipes clean. The default now preserves Actions stdout and restores
terminal task prefixes, while enabling final failed-task replay.

Require a project manifest before treating Yarn configuration as project
evidence, so a home-directory .yarnrc no longer selects Yarn by itself
(#162).
Resolve mise shims in runner doctor from the inspected project's context,
including custom and legacy shim directories. Distinguish inactive tools
from failed resolution and handle an unset home-directory environment
(#164).
Resolve the website's version from the Cargo workspace so the version label
and container-image tags display the version string correctly.
