Refactor Check structure and enhance response handling.

Replaced embedded Check class in CreateCheckResponse with a shared Check object. Updated GetChecksResponse to include a nested Result class for better response encapsulation. Adjusted field names in Check to follow consistent snake_case naming and updated README examples accordingly.
