Engine floor moves to kglite 0.17.6 (mcp-methods 0.4.11 with it). This is
the graph-carried skills and recipes release: a .kgl can now carry its own
methodology and named queries as KgliteSkill / KgliteRecipe records.
codingest writes neither, and both are system labels hidden from every type
enumeration, so a codingest graph reports the same node types and description
as before and every golden digest is unchanged. In the embedded codingest-mcp server, and only when an operator manifest turns skills:
on, methodology skills are now delivered lazily — a skill contributes its
when-to-use paragraph to the tools it references and the body arrives through
the new skill(name) tool — and a served graph's own skills and recipes load
as a layer beneath the operator's. Nothing in the builder moved.
Live floor declarations moved together: the Rust kglite and kglite-mcp-server requirements, Python requirement, CI wheel pin,
import-failure hint, bundled code-review skill and current README/docs
snippets now require 0.17.6. Historical release, parity and benchmark records
remain unchanged.
