• Engine floor moves to kglite 0.19.1 (from 0.18.0, taking 0.19.0 with it).
  The Python requirement is now kglite>=0.19.1,<0.20 and the Rust
  requirements for kglite and kglite-mcp-server are 0.19.1, so the
  wheel's .kgl writer and the installed kglite reader stay on one engine
  minor. None of the declared Rust API changes in 0.19.0 and 0.19.1 touches an
  API codingest calls; the workspace compiles unchanged and the frozen parity
  goldens are unchanged.
