• Engine floor moves to kglite 0.19.3 (from 0.19.1, taking 0.19.2 with it;
  0.19.2 was published to PyPI only, so on crates.io 0.19.3 follows 0.19.1).
  The Python requirement is now kglite>=0.19.3,<0.20 and the Rust
  requirements for kglite and kglite-mcp-server are 0.19.3. None of the
  breaking changes in 0.19.2 and 0.19.3 reaches codingest: it declares no
  valid-time on its graphs (the default-today read, the refused
  degree() family and the calendar-month date arithmetic do not apply), uses
  no blueprint loader (the OF_<PARENT> edge naming and strict do not
  apply), and constructs no Settings struct literal. The workspace compiles
  unchanged and the frozen parity goldens are unchanged.
