Engine floor moves to kglite 0.21.1 (from 0.20.0, taking 0.21.0 with it).
The Python requirement is now kglite>=0.21.1,<0.22 and the Rust
requirements for kglite and kglite-mcp-server are 0.21.1. The Rust
writer and the Python reader must move together: kglite 0.21 writes .kgl
container v9 for graphs of 65,536 nodes or more, 262,144 relationships or
more, or a column of 256 KB or more, and kglite releases before 0.21.0 refuse
it. v8 files still load unchanged. None of the kglite 0.21 Rust API breaks
reaches codingest's code:
LoadOptions is now #[non_exhaustive], GraphInfo gained fields, KgError / KgErrorCode gained WriteBudgetExceeded, and GraphBackend
gained Frozen. codingest builds none of those by literal and matches none
of those enums, so no source edit was needed.
The write budget applies only to a read-only mapped load that then
accepts writes. A code-graph build runs in memory storage and is
unaffected.
A saved code graph is larger and a default save slower on large graphs. A
reader on an older kglite can open a graph saved with save(..., layout="compact").
codingest-mcp (and the wheel's embedded server) now declares its identity
to the kglite server (ServerExtensions::with_identity), so the stale-build
notice and the --version probe name codingest and its version, and a ping(reload=true) compares codingest's version rather than kglite's. codingest-mcp --version / -V now prints codingest <version> itself, because
kglite reads the installed version by running <binary> --version.
The hidden --reload-preflight flag needs no pass-through: main hands the
full argument list straight to run_with_extensions.
The agent-CLI acceptance test's accepted kglite range moves to 0.21.x.
