• Engine floor moves to kglite 0.21.2 (from 0.21.1). The Python requirement
  is now kglite>=0.21.2,<0.22 and the Rust requirements for kglite and
  kglite-mcp-server are 0.21.2. None of the 0.21.2 breaking changes reaches
  codingest's code or output: the builder uses no ontology types, Diagnostic
  or OntologyRule, and the frozen parity goldens are unchanged.
• codingest-mcp --version / -V is now answered by the kglite server from the
  declared identity (codingest <version>, the same line as before); the
  local answer added in 0.2.32 is removed and an acceptance test pins the line.
• codingest-mcp --help now prints Usage: codingest (the declared identity)
  where it printed Usage: codingest-mcp.
• codingest-mcp --selftest now names each skill's layer and counts every
  stored node in its hydration check; it still passes, and the server's
  bundled-skill budget warning is a kglite-side warning that does not fail it.
