Breaking

• Python 3.10 and 3.11 are dropped. The wheel requires Python 3.12 or newer
  (requires-python >=3.12, cp312-abi3) and is tested on 3.12 to 3.15.
  Anyone on 3.10 or 3.11 stays on codingest 0.2.33 (with kglite 0.21.2).

Changed

• Engine floor moves to kglite 0.21.4 (from 0.21.2). The Python requirement
  is now kglite>=0.21.4,<0.22 and the Rust requirements for kglite and
  kglite-mcp-server are 0.21.4. No builder source changed; the frozen
  parity goldens are unchanged.
• codingest-mcp answers MCP clients on protocol 2026-07-28. Claude Code
  2.1.312 and newer never send initialize; with 0.2.33 every tools/call
  failed with -32600 "initialize is required". codingest-mcp --selftest now
  runs the stateless ... checks.
• codingest-mcp --help prints Usage: codingest-mcp again (kglite 0.21.3);
  --version still reports codingest <version>.
• codingest-mcp reports its MCP server name as codingest (<mode>) (kglite
  0.21.4) instead of KGLite (<mode>); a manifest name: still wins.
• Dependencies at their latest releases: base64 0.23, pyo3 0.30,
  tree-sitter-php 0.25, tree-sitter-dart 0.3, syn 3 and the compatible
  patch updates in Cargo.lock. The Dart parser follows 0.3's renamed node
  kinds (member_declaration, enum_entry).
