Important notes

It's now possible to configure each monitor independently, regarding
resolution, refresh rate, and rotation. So the "mode" configuration can
now be set multiple times, and have an optional prefix for GPU and
connector. The "rotation" is removed, and replaced with "screen" which
can also be specified multiple times.
The freetype font renderer also is more strict about monospace font, so some fonts that are not truly monospace, can't be
used anymore.
