v0.4 - File Systems (Base)

This (still beta) update introduces the basic functionality of the file system. You can now write, read and delete files along with creating sub/directories. You can access all commands via the "help" functionality. By default you will be in the root directory for this base update. Interfaces may be added in later updates where roots can access interfaces, but not the opposite way around.

Functionality notice: Command length limitations <=4 have now been removed to allow an expansion of new commands. This now means that the "cear" command has now become the "clear" command.

The README has been updated but the roadmap will be updated at a later date. This is still a beta update. Please remain adherent to licensing guidelines.
