OpenUsage v0.6.28 — Provider Aliases

This fork adds provider aliases on top of upstream OpenUsage: track several accounts of the same provider side by side.

What's new

• Provider aliases for Claude and Codex — add an alias, point it at its own config directory, and each one probes usage independently (its own ccusage run, keyed by config dir). Great for Work + Personal accounts at once.
• Pick a base provider when creating an alias; the alias shows that provider's icon with your chosen icon as a small corner badge.
• New/edited aliases appear without an app restart.
• Tilde-expand injected env override paths.
