What's new in v1.2.1

Crash fix

Fixed a startup crash introduced in v1.2.0: FallbackRouter and MotdCache were registering themselves as event listeners with the wrong plugin owner, causing Velocity's event manager to throw IllegalArgumentException: does not have a container. All event listeners now correctly register under the Conduit plugin container.

Internal rename: radar → conduit

Removed all internal references to the old radar codename. Package renamed from com.velocitypowered.proxy.radar to com.velocitypowered.proxy.conduit, and RadarConfig / RadarDiagnostics renamed to ConduitConfig / ConduitDiagnostics. No user-visible behavior change.
