⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

  • trust: evaluateReviewedGroundingPolicy refuses requiredClaimIds: [] (previously allowed). Reports carry new blocking gaps for policy-free claims, cited failed checks and result-less required checks. Checkpoints without input digests, including those from cloned reports, no longer short-circuit.
  • bundles with unknown top-level keys, or with repeated claim or evidence ids, validated before and now throw.
