status: derived statuses can change for existing bundles that are derived without an explicit statusFunctionVersion. Under "4" every time the fold reads must be an RFC 3339 date-time with an offset and is compared exactly; a dispute resolution whose time, or whose resolver's trace bound, cannot be evaluated is not honoured; a blocking failure with an unevaluable observedAt is not set aside by a resolution; an unevaluable event time sorts oldest; validity windows are exact decimal products. A status can strengthen as well as weaken. Reports, inquiry records and checkpoints record "4". Under "4", a derivation rule's fresherThan reads times the same way, and a claim whose own expiresAt or ttlSeconds window cannot be evaluated carries an unevaluable-validity-rule gap. Every derivation entry point refuses a non-Date now with RangeError (buildTrustReport and deriveTrustSnapshot used to throw TypeError). The exported StatusFunctionVersion type gains "4", so exhaustive switches over it must handle it. Pass statusFunctionVersion: "3" to re-derive under the previous rules. See docs/reference/schema-versioning.md, "Migrating from version 3". Console gap titles changed under every version: a derived freshness_breach gap reads "Freshness · Verification is stale" and a producer freshness hint "Freshness · Freshness concern" (both previously "Quality failure · Verification failed"), and an unevaluable-validity gap reads "Validity could not be evaluated".
