Add Crossword plugin

Crossword is a plugin for... doing crosswords. It's works fairly well and is fairly satisfying to use. I wouldn't call this plugin "finished," but it is functional. By adding it to contrib I'm hoping folks who might like this functionality on their KOReaders will use the plugin and, uh, help me make it better ;)
